AEP does not, but standard text message and data rates may apply. These will vary based upon your mobile data plan with your cellular provider.
There is no limit to the number of people who receive alerts regarding an account. In order to have multiple cell phone numbers and/or email addresses each person requesting the alert would need to create their own user identification and password.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Mobile Alerts Terms and Conditions indicates when these Mobile Alerts Terms and Conditions were last revised. If you want more than one email address or phone number, just register another User ID for your electric account. Our system lets you create multiple User IDs for each electric account, and each User ID can have a different email address or mobile phone number.
“Remember User ID” helps you log in without having to memorize your ID or look it up every time. When you opt in, we automatically fill in your ID from then on. To avoid unauthorized access, you’ll still have to enter your password.
Your security code is a short word or phrase you set up with our customer service associates to provide extra protection for your online account.
